How the 5% Works
When a paid ticket is sold on Entrix, a 5% platform fee applies. As the organizer, you decide who absorbs it — you can either deduct it from your payout or pass it on as a small booking fee added to the ticket price for attendees.
There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no charge for free events. You only pay when you earn.

Yes, completely. If your event has no ticket price, Entrix charges nothing. You get full access to ticketing, QR codes and attendee management at zero cost.
You choose when creating your event. You can absorb it (5% is deducted from your payout) or pass it on (5% is added on top of the ticket price at checkout). Either way, the amount is shown clearly before attendees pay.
Payouts are processed after your event concludes. We hold funds until then to protect against cancellations and chargebacks. You'll receive your 95% directly to your bank account.
