Why We Built This
We have been to events where the entry line was chaos, tickets were printed on paper, and nobody could tell how many people had actually shown up. We wanted to fix that — not with something overcomplicated, but with a platform that actually works.

Entrix is built and headquartered in Nigeria, but the platform is open to event organizers and attendees anywhere. You can list an event from Lagos, London or Lusaka — and your attendees can pay and receive tickets from anywhere in the world.

Common Questions
Yes. The platform is accessible anywhere. Organizers can list events globally and attendees can purchase tickets from any country. On-site management services currently operate in Nigeria — reach out if you need support in another country.
Ticket prices are currently set in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and processed via Paystack. We are working to expand currency support as we grow into more markets. Contact us if your event requires a different currency.
Payouts are made after your event ends. Revenue collected via Paystack is transferred to your registered bank account minus the 5% Entrix fee. No other deductions apply.
Yes, completely. If your event has no ticket price, Entrix charges nothing. You get full access to event creation, QR ticketing and attendee management at zero cost.
If an event is cancelled, attendees receive a full refund. For other refund requests, the organizer's own policy applies and is shown on each event page before purchase.
